DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 9 (MExN): Peace Channel will be commemorating the World Human Rights Day on the 10th December 2011 by organizing ‘The Concert for Peace’ with the theme ‘Stop Violence against Children and Youth’. The Concert will feature the Divine Connection and the Alobo Naga & the Band performing live at Holy Cross Campus at 3:30 pm onwards. K.L. Chishi, MLA will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest and Ms. Husheli Sema, Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur will be the Guest of Honour, informed a press note issued by Peace Channel.
The Concert is visualized as an opportunity to bring together people especially the youth to pledge for protection and promotion of Human Rights as well as for peace in Nagaland. The tickets (50/- Students and Rs. 100/- Adults) for the programme will be available at the event venue from 9:00 am onwards. The tickets also carry exciting prizes, it was informed.
