WSSU seek clarification from Directorate (F&CS)

Dimapur, August 24 (MExN): The Western Sumi Students’ Union (WSSU) in regard to the common written test under the Directorate (F&CS) published in local dailies, have asked for clarification from the Director, Directorate of Food and Civil Supplies, Nagaland: Dimapur.
The WSSU president Daniel H Sumi and general secretary Abeto Swu in a joint release put across three questions on why the department failed to publish the existing post vacant of the examination to be conducted on August 31; how many existing post vacant are there for the sub-inspector and the storekeeper (prior to 2099 Superannuation); and what is the technical reason that the department could not publish the existing post vacant for the Open Competition recruitment when the post of LDA under  directorate and secretariat were advertised and subsequently conducted through NPSC (ref 2nd Oct 2010 examination?
“With clear intention, the WSSU raises these queries for fair and transparency recruitment in the department on merit basis,” the statement added. The WSSU also urges the department to “publish the said query at the earliest before examination, without which the WSSU is reserved to express its strong doubts in the selection for the recruitment as undeclared/lack of transparency could overshadow the real merit candidate thereby, the congenial atmosphere between the department and the educated unemployed/aspirant candidates may deteriorate.”
