Mokokchung, June 12 (MExN): A delegation of councillors from the Wokha Town Council (WTC), led by Chairperson W Myingthungo Kikon, visited the Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) on June 12 as part of an exposure tour aimed at strengthening municipal administration and improving service delivery.
The delegation held a coordination meeting at the MMC Conference Hall, where members of both councils shared experiences, discussed ongoing civic initiatives and exchanged ideas on addressing common governance challenges.
As part of the visit, the WTC team toured key municipal facilities, including the abattoir, compost plant and Material Recovery Facility (MRF), to gain firsthand insight into Mokokchung's waste management operations and civic infrastructure.
