Dimapur, May 27 (MExN): The Wokha Town Catholic Youth Association (WTCYA) held felicitation programme for the its successful members at the recent HSLC & HSSLC exams on May 26 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Wokha. Rev. Fr. A.D Jose Akkarapatty, Parish Priest Wokha was the main speaker and Myingthunglo Humtsoe was the guest speaker at the felicitation.
Fr. Akkarapatty in his address urged the students to pray for wisdom and step forward desirely for a great future and let not imagination block their future.
The guest speaker emphasised on the significance of education which is the key to success and urged the students to identify the hidden talents and make it a reality through hardwork.
Though one cannot be successful in everything, let not the doubts defeat them but to realize the positivity and choices in this competitive generation, Humtsoe further asserted.
Meritorious certificates were awarded to all the successful candidates. Earlier, the President of the Association lauded the speaker, guest speaker and each individual for their humble presence and congratulated all the successful candidates for their achievements.
