Nagaland, October 4 (MExN): XSEED Education has announced an Online Student Elocution Contest exclusively for students in Nagaland from Grades 5 to 8, scheduled for October 18.

The contest will revolve around the theme, “A quality education goes beyond textbooks and videos.” It aims to encourage young speakers across Nagaland to showcase their originality, creativity, and mastery of articulation. The event will be conducted live on Zoom and simultaneously streamed on YouTube.

Attractive cash prizes have been announced, with the champion receiving ₹25,000 and a medal, the first runner-up ₹15,000, the second runner-up ₹10,000, and all selected finalists ₹5,000 each.

The deadline for participation is October 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Interested students can scan the QR code printed in the newspaper poster or visit @xseededucation on Instagram to access the registration form. Each student may submit only one entry written in their own words. While guardians may assist in filling out the form, the submission must reflect the student’s original work. Applicants must possess an active Google email ID.

Selected finalists will perform live during the online event. The judges’ decisions will be final and binding. Event recordings and photos may be shared across XSEED’s official digital platforms.

The initiative underscores the importance of communication skills and aims to inspire students to think critically beyond traditional classroom learning.
