Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): A new musical tribute titled ‘Yaara’ has been released in memory of late Prashant Tamang, the winner of Indian Idol Season 3, who passed away recently.
The song, written by Hentick Konyak and composed by Akun Konyak, reflects on the fond memories shared with Tamang during his time in Nagaland. Described as a brother, mentor, and friend, Tamang’s sudden demise has left a deep void among his close associates.
The track has been arranged and mastered by Akun Konyak, recorded at Audio Craft Studio Dimapur, and produced by Pijus Barua. The artists include Pijus Barua, Hentick Konyak, Akun Konyak, Joseph Konyak, Yenwang Konyak, and Mendan Konyak, with cinematography by Visual Note Entertainment.
The creators said the song is a heartfelt ode to Tamang’s enduring legacy, music, and friendship.
