ZBA expanding venture with native gallery

Dimapur, December 13 (MExN): The Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio, during his visit to Zhavame village in Phek district as chief guest for the Zhavame Students’ Union Golden Jubilee in January 2010 was impressed with the construction of the native gallery and had thereafter, proposed on constructing a similar gallery in Tuophema village. Following this, two galleries have finely been constructed in Tuophema and Ungma village respectively involving the manpower of the Zhavame Builders’ Association (ZBA) in both the places.
The Zhavame Builders’ Association in a press release issued by its President, Tho-o Ado Domeh informed that the gallery in Ungma village will be inaugurated on December 20, 2011. Happy with the result of their work, a similar construction has been undertaken in the NSF SolidarityPark, below New Secretariat Complex Kohima, employing the same group of youths from the village.
In this connection, the ZBA in the note has extended its appreciation to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio, through whose initiative, employment in the form of true dignity of labour was generated to its members comprising mostly of youths. It has also expressed immense gratitude to the CM for his farsightedness and for enabling the youths from the village to engage in such construction work, further providing them employment. It may be noted here that even students from the village engage in the construction work during their holidays, including pre University & B.A students, while waiting for their results.
