The District Level Committee Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Zunheboto, organised an essay writing competition on the theme ‘Say Yes to Health, No to Drugs’ on November 18 at the Government Higher Secondary School, Zunheboto.
Prior to the competition, the students of GHSS Zunheboto recited a pledge solemnly affirming their commitment to avoid drugs and to champion a healthier, drug-free society.
Likupu Y Muru secured first place, Litena M Kinny attained second place and Inna K Chishi earned third place.
The winners were honoured with cash prizes and certificates by the Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto Dharam Raj, IAS who gracefully presented the awards in his own office. While interacting warmly with the awardees, he commended their exemplary work, and extended his heartfelt wishes for their future endeavours.
