Pughoboto, May 28 (MExN): In view that the “public are not following the guidelines” issued by the Government, ADC & Chairman Sub-Divisional Task Force, Pughoboto, Thungchanbemo Tungoe has ordered for total/complete lockdown for three days at Pughoboto town starting from 6:00 am of May 29 till 6:00 pm of May 31.
According to a DIPR report, during the lockdown period, movement of public from and to Pughoboto is restricted and all shops except pharmacies shall remain closed. The vaccination drive as already fixed by the Health Department shall continue during the lockdown. District administration, police and medical department are exempted.
Further, Tungoe informed that wearing of face mask is made compulsory in Pughoboto Town. Defaulters will be penalized with a fine of Rs 100.
