Kohima, October 14 (MExN): Nagaland State Department of Health & Family Welfare has expressed gratitude to the administration, districts officials and front line health workers at all levels for their tireless efforts and incessantly working extended hours to achieve 53.18% coverage on Day 10 of the Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign (MRCV) “at a blitzkrieg pace.”
The Department again thanked schools, village councils, civil organisations and the public for “trust and co-operation in enabling successful vaccination of 2,49,577 children against the deadly measles and rubella diseases, through a total of 2,374 school and 659 outreach sessions all over Nagaland” as per reports received on October 12.
