Two excavators (30 feet apart) were partially buried under a mudslide near Pherima (Alato) while undertaking clearance works at the ongoing 4-lane road construction Dimapur to Kohima. The incident happened around 11:50 am on February 27. Injury to any person is yet to be ascertained. However, vehicular traffic is not disturbed on the other side of the lane.
