Kohima, August 31 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kohima Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has notified that in view of the detection of COVID-19 positive person residing at the locations in Officer's Hill Colony and Old Minister's Hill, Kohima, the area defined below are demarcated as Sealed Area in order to contain the spread of the disease/infection and for necessary contact tracing:
August 28
• Two houses in Officer's Hill Colony
• Judges Bungalow, Near Home Minister's Bungalow, Old Minister's Hill
August 29
• A house in Potterlane Colony
• One staff quarter, Hotel Vivor, near Kohima Bible College, Khikha
August 30
• A house in Lower PWD Colony
• A house in Jotsoma
• A house in Potterlane Colony
• A house in Kitsubozou, Near North PS
The ADC also notified that all movement of person/vehicles within the defined Sealed Area is strictly restricted/prohibited and under active surveillance with effect from the date of sealing.
