Kohima, December 15 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) concluded its two day E-Collegiate Meet cum Beat Contest 2020 under the theme ‘Beyond’ held on December 14 and 15, hosted by Government Polytechnic Kohima.

The final day was graced by Menuokholie Kire, Joint Director and State Project Director (RUSA) Higher Education, as the valedictory guest. He encouraged the ANCSU to organize more programs in the future that give platform to the students. Stressing that everyone is blessed with a gift like skills, music, etc he exhorted the students to explore the good qualities and use it wisely to achieve greater things in life. 

Kire further deliberated that whatever we do, one need to do it seriously and not casually, to develop in whatever field one is capable and good at. 

The valedictory programme was chaired by INATO Y CHISHO Vice President ANCSU, Invocation by Tsathvü Leyri, co-founder of Father’s Heart Fellowship, Kohima, special song by Arenchenla Walling, and vote of thanks by Tenyesinlo Bukh, games & sports secretary.

A press release from Media Cell, ANCSU has informed that on December 16, a football exhibition match will be played between ANCSU XI and ANCSU Seniors FC at IG Stadium Kohima.

• Football Freestyle Challenge: Tia Longkumer, Kohima Science College 
• Original song competition: Surholu Tunyi, Pfutsero Government College
• Basket Freestyle Challenge: Keneizelhou Kevin, Capital College of Higher Education
• Folk Fusion: Arenchenla Walling, Modern College 
• Slam Poetry: Philomina Rutsa, Kohima Science College
• Essay: Yangtsapi Sangtam, Fazl Ali College
• Quiz: Longshiba Pongen, Kohima Science College
• Painting: Takumba.S, JN Aier College
• Film Craft Competition: A Kongli Chemtok, Government Polytechnic Kohima
• Highest Instagram Challenge: Dimapur Government College
• Overall champion: Fazl Ali College
