Dimapur, November 17 (MExN): The Dimapur and Wokha Unit of the All Nagaland Taxi Association have informed that they won’t be able to celebrate the Association’s Raising Day this year due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
While greeting its members on the occasion, ANTA Wokha Unit Executive urged them to ‘retrospect and introspect’ and provides a better, safer and affordable service to the public even during this challenging time.
“Let us rededicate and renew our effort to provide the best while serving the public,” stated a press release from the Unit President, Hayithung Odyuo.
ANTA Wokha Unit Executive further appealed its members to observe all the COVID-19 guidelines both on and off the road.
Meanwhile, ANTA Dimapur Unit also informed in a release it will not celebrate the Raising Day cum Annual Picnic due to the pandemic.
Taxi service will be available as usual on odd-even basis, it added.
