Aruju Tsuki-Bachelor’s Dormitory

Aruju Tsuki-Bachelor’s Dormitory, an NGO based in Changtongya organised a programme for Süngpo Züngar, a traditional young peer group among the Aos on September 29 where they were taught on how to beat the log drum. Sentirenba, Founder & Director of Aruju Tsuki - Bachelor’s Dormitory said that the programme was organized sensing the need for teaching about culture and tradition to the youths. Aruju Tsuki - Bachelor’s Dormitory has been organising traditional skill development programme in institutions since 2018. They have also built an Arju (Ao Morung) in 2019 where they keep ancient traditional artifacts and allow interested youths to learn traditional handicrafts.
