Naga designer Atsu Sekhose takes a bow accompanied by well known model Esther Jamir after presenting his collection during Fashion Nite at the Hornbill Festival, Kisama on Sunday.
The ‘Fashion Night’ organized by the Hope Centre for Excellence, saw a favorable turn out of the who’s who. The event started with a magnificent performance of the ‘Hornbill Theme Song’ led by Nise Meruno. The much awaited collections of Atsu Sekhose followed right after. The models featured amongst others heavily sequined cocktail dresses and also gowns in flowing fabrics. Shimmer
and embroidery was the mainstay with emphasis on silhouette. Pretty, posh and elegant, Atsu’s creations had the audience wanting for more.
The show stoppers for the evening were Esther Jamir, Santosh, Carol Humtsoe and Ethiel Konyak. The evening also featured wonderful performance by Zowe Madrigal, Kevin, Keni and Nikhole and a free-styling dance by students of Hope Centre. (Keren Rose/Morung Photos)
