Awareness activity on COVID-19 carried out in Phek

Phek, June 26 (MExN): Phek District Information Education Communication (IEC) team comprising of Family Welfare Assistant (FWA) and computor have pasted banners on the preventive measures and stigma on COVID-19 at strategic places of Phek Town to create awareness among the public.

To contain the spread of the corona virus which is fast increasing in our state, banners on the preventive measures such as frequent hand washing, wearing of mask, maintaining social distancing etc. have been put up in the designated places for awareness in the district.

 Banner on stigmatism with slogans written as ‘Do not discriminate frontline workers’, ’fight the virus not people with the virus’ etc was put up in a designated places.

Banners and flyers on the rules and regulations to be followed in quarantine facility have also been pasted in all the designated quarantine facilities and flyers were handed out to those who are in the facility.
