Shamator, July 1 (MExN): The District Executive Force (DEF), Shamator organised one-day sensitization programme on the three New Criminal Laws of India at DB Court, Shamator town on July 1.
A DIPR report stated that Additional Superintendent of Police, Shamator, Limaonen NPS introduced the three New Criminal Law: Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) 2023, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 and Bharatiya Sakshya Abhiniyam (BSA) 2023 to the public during the programme, and Superintendent of Police, Shamator, Khruosutho, NPS delivered the opening remarks.
An awareness programme on the Three New Criminal Law was also conducted at Tizit Police station, Tizit, Mon on June 29 with OC Tizit Police Station, Nzanbemo Lotha as the resource person. He spoke and highlighted on the Three New Criminal Law of 2023.
The representatives of civil society organizations, president of all wards under Tizit sub-division attended the programme.to)
