Dimapur, August 27 (MExN): Several organizations have come forward to condemn the kidnapping of a employee of SymBios Creations Pvt. Ltd on August 26 in Midland area in Dimapur.
BAN: The Business Association of Nagas (BAN) has condemned the kidnapping and said “Symbios is a well known business entity in Nagaland built by a hard working Naga businessman.” “At a time when Naga businesses affected by the pandemic are struggling to bounce back, such a criminal act is uncalled for,” the BAN condemnation note stated.
BAN has appreciated the swift action taken by Dimapur Police led by ASI Vikishe Chophy in apprehending the culprits and rescuing the employee.
Meanwhile, BAN also requested the Naga political groups not to disturb businesses run by Nagas as most businesses are just trying to survive and stay afloat during these trying times.
ALT: The Aoyimti Lanur Telongjem (ALT) has expressed outrage and condemned the kidnapping. The ALT in a press release reiterated that act of kidnapping is criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motive, wherever and by whosoever committed. It called upon every rational citizen to condemn and take energetic actions to stem this scourge. ALT also congratulated the police department for their commendable fast track rescue and arrest of the kidnappers.
