BJP Minority Morcha continues support services

Dimapur, May 30 (MExN): A virtual meeting of the Minority Morcha BJP Nagaland office bearers, district and mandal presidents, general secretaries, and media convenors was held May 27 to discuss COVID-19 response initiatives. 

According to a press release from the Morcha’s state vice president and media convenor received on Sunday, General Secretary of BJP Nagaland Khevishe Sema exhorted all members to “befittingly serve the masses commemorating seven years of PM Modi's governance.” He also asked the morcha members to “counter the rumours spread by the opposition parties with facts and figures through self-vaccination and highlighting the achievements of PM Modi's initiatives,” the release stated.

As per the release, State President Deep Kumar apprised the members about the virtual meetings held with the party’s national leaders. Various state and district office bearers offered their valuable suggestions on how to combat COVID-19, it stated while adding that Morcha members in Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung have actively been initiating various measures such as ration and meal distribution, assistance for oxygen cylinders, blood donation and assistance, vaccination centers support, free medicine and safety gear distribution, ambulance and funeral service support.
