BSNL & S.B.I Zunheboto

The NPF Zbto Division, would like to propagate, the shortcoming/problems & grievances being faced by the common people of Zunheboto District.

1) S.B.I. Zbto Branch: It is learnt that, the SBI Zbto is running its official business hour randomly, without any coordination among its staff, Administration, public etc  

That, the be-spectacled Branch Manager cannot even recognize his two toes and the SDO(C) Zbto was insulated, when the SDO (c) went to the bank in person to solve some minor problems arising  out of bank transactions.

That , it is Nationally know that, the hon’ble Prime Minister of India and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Nagaland had launched the PMRY and CM Corpus schemes, to solve the multitudes of un-employment problem in the country.

Moreover, the snobbish Branch Manager & Field Officer SBI without any rhymes and reasons have stalled the grant of Loans to the beneficiaries/Entrepreneurs, who are eager to start their enterprises, and still the payment of loan is yet to be disbursed.

That, the services loans for Govt employees, was recent announce and signed between the SBI & the Govt of Nagaland. However, the loan applicants have to run from pillar to post to secure the services loans, in spite of recommendation and guarantee’s by the respective head of department.

That, any Govt office/ departments, private firms or institution, without the active support and co-operation of the public at large cannot run smoothly.

Hence, the concerned authorities should make note of this matter and take, necessary measures, by posting a more understanding sociable and energetic officials to SBI Zbto Branch.

That, the arrogances and ignorant attitudes of the SBI officials, should not be blamed upon the public if things get out of control.
2) Telecom BSNL: That, inspite of attractive announcement and clashing of phone bills, the Telecom BSNL consumers of Zbto district are always on the receiving end.

That, whenever, a small streak of lightening or a sound of thunder occurs, the phone/mobiles became dead, and the excuses are that, the machines are damaged due to nature fury.

However, the charges of phones bills increases, more then the consumers had used.  Is the Telecom BSNL deceiving the people, are they taking the people of Zbto district for a ride? Is a reputed conglomerate agency like Telecom BSNL, very poor that, they cannot even spend a few thousands to install a lightening arrester at Telecom station Zbto?

• How much longer will the people of Zbto District have to suffer, or be cheated.

• Do not expect the common people to always remain a silent spectator.

• Deliver the goods as per your reputation.
