Noksen, March 31 (MExN): In view of the Bye-election for the 51-Noksen Assembly Constituency, the General Observer and the Expenditure Observer have reached Tuensang on March 30. 

The General Observer also visited the 51-Noksen constituency to assess the preparation and was present during the filing of nomination of the candidates on March 30, a DIPR report informed. 

The Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Tuensang briefed the Observers about the preparations for the conduct of elections in the constituency and handed over the District Election Management Plan in the DC Office chamber, Tuensang. 

The General Observer and the Expenditure Observer with respect to the Bye-election are presently residing in Circuit House, Tuensang. Any feedback, suggestions or complaints with respect to the conduct of the Bye-election can be communicated to the respective observers during normal working hours.
