Nagaland’s newest district Noklak has received the Centre’s nod for a 50-bedded district hospital, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio announced on the Twitter microblogging site on Friday. Rio expressed his gratitude towards the Centre for approving the 50-bedded district hospital in Noklak, the newest and 12th district of Nagaland, inaugurated on January 20 this year.
“I express my gratitude to @drharshvardhan, Honourable Minister for @MoHFW_INDIA for approving a 50-bedded district hospital at Noklak; the newest district of Nagaland. This will greatly help the citizens of the district access quality healthcare services,” Rio tweeted, thanking Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr Harsh Vardhan for approving the project.
