Dimapur, November 18 (MExN): Chandu Kumar Agarwal of Dimapur, a local businessman and social worker, has been conferred with an honorary doctorate by the Royal American University in the field of social service for his contribution to the society at a function held at Hotel Le Meridien, Dubai, UAE on October 21.
He was earlier conferred with another honorary doctorate in 2019 by the National Virtual University for Peace and Education in Social welfare and People concern, stated a press release received here.
He was also awarded the Global Excellence and Leadership Award at the Business Conclave and Global Excellence and Leadership Awards, 2021 organized by the Global Business federation in a function held at Hotel Oberoi, Dubai, UAE on October 22, in category FMCG Distribution.
The awards brought together the most successful and influential visionaries, manufacturers, consumers and business experts and the industry’s influential decision-makers as a means to Indian Business Enlightenment by creating a business-friendly environment that could propel the much-needed growth in India, it stated. He also visited the Expo 2020 Dubai UAE on October 23 and received a participation certificate.
