Dimapur, November 28 (MExN): The Government of Nagaland has appointed Chingwang Konyak and Apong Pongener as Advisors (Political) to the Chief Minister of Nagaland in the status of Cabinet Ministers with immediate effect. According to a notification issued by the Cabinet Secretariat on November 27, the earlier appointment of Chingwang Konyak as Chairman of the People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) Coordination Committee, also in the status of a Cabinet Minister, stands revoked with immediate effect. The previous appointment was notified on April 13, 2023. The notification was issued by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR).
