Dimapur, November 4 (MExN): A worker with the Central Institute of Horticulture in Medziphema has been accused of molesting a junior lady worker. The Medziphema Town Youth Organization issued a note today naming one Arvind Singh, a senior worker in the said institute, for the alleged crime. The youth organization said the accused “sexually molested” and “mentally tortured” a junior worker, unidentified. The woman was said to have been terminated form service without any reason, a note from the MTYO president Nito Krose and general secretary Asazo Talie said today. MTYO denounced the ‘senseless acts’ and has demanded that the authorities terminate the service of Arvind Singh from CIH Medziphema. The organization has requested the authorities to take all necessary action within 15 days. Failing to do so would invite the MTYO to take an own course of action and the organization ‘would not be responsible for the said cause.’
