Kohima, June 23 (MExN): A three-day ‘Very Exciting Bible School’ (VEBS) under the aegis of Children Ministry, Christian Revival Church (CRC), Kohima village commenced on June 23.
The 'school' has been designed with exciting activities for enrichment of chidren’s social and spiritual life, a press release said.
Divided into five different groups, the children would took turns in exploring five different sites named Soccer site, Bicycling site, Softball site, Field Hockey site and Mountaineering site, it said.
The coaches and assistant coaches have been assigned to teach the procedures of their respective field and also to conduct workshops on moral lessons. Children will also engage in various activities including learning the word of God, languages, gospel songs etc.
Director, Vituozolie Kuotsu said that children will learn creative activities and debate, to sharpen their individual talents.
Earlier, Vituozolie Kuotsu led the opening ceremony while Rev Vichülie Kelio, Pastor, pronounced invocation prayer. The closing ceremony will take place on June 25 with Mhalezolie Kire as the main speaker.
