Kohima, March 13 (MExN): The Dak Adalat for redressal for public grievances on postal matters will be held on March 17 in the chamber of the Superintendent of Post Offices, Nagaland Division Kohima.
The Superintendent of Post, Kohima in a press release has informed that all complaints/grievances/suggestions, if any related to Postal services for discussion in the Dak Adalat may be sent to O/o Superintendent of Post Offices, Nagaland Division: Kohima -797001 or by an email at sponagaland@imail.eom on or before March 17.
Meanwhile, the Circle Level Dak Adalat will be held in the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, North East Circle, Shillong on March 24 at 11:00 am.
The Dak Adalat will entertain grievances pertaining to Postal Services for its redressal, stated another press release received here.
Written complaints may be sent through Ordinary Post or Speed Post with the subject ‘Dak Adalat’ superscribed on the cover, addressed to the Chief Postmaster General, North East Circle, Shillong-793001.
The complaints should contain full details like complete address and registration receipt number, etc. For complaints about Savings Schemes and Postal Life Insurances, the account number, policy number and full address of the depositor/insurer should be given.
Written complaints should be sent so as to reach this office on or before March 20. Complaints, if any, received after this period will be redressed through the usual channel. Complaints can also be sent in the email address pg.neindiapost.gov.in, it stated.
