Chümoukedima, September 17 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner, Chümoukedima has issued public notices in regard to the 4 Lane NH 29 Dimapur-Kohima Project and 4 Lane Bypass of Daboka-Dimapur section.
DC Chümoukedima Abhinav Shivam, IAS has informed all the concerned landowners/other Governmental/non governmental agencies whose lands and other properties/plantations have been acquired under Section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965 for extension of 4 Lane NH 29 Dimapur-Kohima and 4 Lane Bypass of Daboka-Dimapur section to vacate/remove buildings, plantations, fisheries and any other standing structures on the compensated area within a period of 15 days from the date of issue of the notice, so that execution of 4 Lane work and 4 Lane work Bypass could commence smoothly.
The notices are issued for strict compliance by all concerned and to extend full cooperation to the executing team for the smooth implementation of the 4 Lane NH 29 Dimapur-Kohima Project and 4 Lane Bypass of Daboka-Dimapur section, the DC stated.
