Kohima, September 18 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS in an order stated that with reference to the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued by the Village Councils/Councils of T Khel, P Khel, D Khel, L Khel, Phesama, Meriema, Pfuchama, Jotsoma, Thizama and Kigwema, it is informed to the public that any new developments along the RoW of the proposed 2-Lane Kohima-Bypass Road Project should not be undertaken by any individual, clans, groups, organizations. “This is issued for strict compliance,” the DC added.
