Longleng, June 29 (MExN): In the interest of public health and safety, the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng, M Shayung Phom has issued an order on June 29 with the following regulatory measures and restrictions to be promulgated with immediate effect:
• All truck and other heavy motor vehicles, which are loaded and are en-route Longleng, bringing essential commodities and other materials, will be permitted to enter the district till midnight of June 29.
• No vehicles bringing essential commodities from Assam will be permitted to enter the district after the aforementioned time period till July 6 or until further order.
• All shops and business establishments which received commodities from June 23 till the date of issue of this order will remain closed until further orders.
