Mon, June 8 (MExN): Mon Deputy Commissioner Thavaseelan K has announced an online internship programme under the Drug Free India - Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The interns will work on awareness generation and engagement of Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaigns with the general population in Mon district using social media to reach out to a large number of people through posts, videos, blogs etc, according to the DC’s notification which was issued through the state DIPR.
The internship would be for a period of two months, with a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000. Motivated individuals between the age of 18 to 30, including graduates or those pursuing graduation in any field, with good communication skills and a good command over local language—oral and written and basic design skills have been invited to send in their applications.
The applications can be submitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer (C), Development, Office of Deputy Commissioner, Mon on or before June 10, it added.
