Tuensang, August 21 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Tuensang, L Jamithung Lotha and Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Tuensang, Er. Menang Lepden Ao visited the major landslide hit area on Tuensang-Longleng road on August 20. A press release received here stated that the affected road is a major lifeline connecting the two districts for easy transportation and communication.
Meanwhile, the Tuensang Village Citizen Union (TVCU) president, N Kaimang Chang lauded the district administration led by the Deputy Commissioner and EE PWD (R&B) for their “prompt initiative in visiting the major landslide hit area.” The council further expressed confidence that the Tuensang district administration will extend help for the welfare of the people, the release stated.
