DIMAPUR, MAY 16 (MExN): Mokokchung Law College Students' Union conducted a debate competition on the topic "Same Sex Marriage: Should same sex marriage be legalised in India?" at Mokokchung Law college, Mokokchung.
The panel of judges for the competition were- Rev. Dr. Bendang, Pastor, Artang Baptist Church, Molodong, Advocate and Mapujungla Pongen, Advocate. Twelve students participated in the competition out of which the top three debaters were awarded certificates and cash prize.
R Kumtsüba from 2nd semester was placed in the first position while Sentiakum of 4th semester and Yentsoi from 2nd semester bagged the second and third place respectively.
