Kohima, November 17 (MExN): Institutions dealing with Post Matric ST Scholarship have been asked to email the soft copy of Annexure IV to annexure4.hescholarship@gmail.com and submit the hard copy of Annexure IV and photo copy of the applicant's bank passbook front-page with a covering letter from the head of the institution to the Department of the Higher and Technical Education on or before the December 11, 2020.
Annexure IV format can be downloaded from the Department's website https://highereducation.nagaland.gov.in, the department informed through the DIPR on Tuesday.
Similarly, institutions dealing with State Merit Scholarship have been asked to submit the verified eligible State Merit Application Forms and documents along with the compiled list and a covering letter from the head of the Institution on or before December 11, 2020.
“Before submission of Annexure IV and State Merit Forms to this Office, Institutions are to mandatorily display the list of the verified eligible/rejected application forms of the respective Scheme for any claim/correction by the students in order to avoid any undesirable issue/complaints arising after submission of Annexure IV/Forms,” the notification stated.
No claim/submission will be entertained after the last date of submission and the Department will not be responsible for delay/non-receipt of scholarship, it added.
