Dimapur, February 5 (MExN): 56 candidates who cleared the final merit list and got selected in recruitment of Constable (GD) in CAPFs-2018 conducted in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) 2018 were felicitated by the 173 Battalion CRPF, Airfield Dimapur on February 5.
The result for SSC-2018 was declared on January 20, 2021.
Earlier in 2018, the 173 Bn CRPF had conducted indoor coaching classes and Physical Endurance Test (PET) from September 3 onwards at their Battalion Headquarters with the aim of providing assistance to the unemployed youths of Nagaland and to prepare them for job opportunities.
The unit had mobilized youths from all over Nagaland for enrollment and assisted them through online registration of forms.
598 youths who registered for the pre-recruitment training were provided free SSC recruitment coaching classes and PET by trained PTI staff of the Battalion under the guidance of the unit Commandant.
According to a press release from the 173 Bn CRPF, out of the total registered candidates, 37 male and 19 female candidates were recruited.
Vishnu Gautam, Commandant 173 Bn CRPF congratulated all the successful candidates and encouraged them to strive hard for excellence as they join various training schools for basic training and give their best in every field and opportunity.
