Dimapur, October 13 (MExN): In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Chairperson of District Disaster Management Authority and Dimapur Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Soundararajan has notified the sealing of the Commissioner of Excise Office, for 48 hours with immediate effect.
The DC, in an order issued on October 13, cautioned that any person violating the containment measures would be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
