Dimapur, November 26 (MExN): After a gap of one year, the annual Dimapur Night Carnival (DNC) is all set to take place from December 13-17 at Naga Shopping Arcade.
The decision to hold the district level night carnival was taken during a joint meeting convened by Deputy Commissioner on November 24, stated a press release issued by DNC Convener, Akashe Zhimomi and secretary, Azolo Nuh.
Besides the District Administration, Dimapur Chamber of Commerce & Industry and East Dimapur Business Association (joint organizers of the event) officials from the Medical, Police, Traffic, Fire Brigade, Dimapur Municipal Council, Development Authority of Nagaland and Power department attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, DCCI and EDBA informed those interested to open stalls during the carnival. The forms will be issued from November 29 onwards on “first-cum-first basis” and can be availed at A Varieties Store (Ward-6 Chümoukedima); EDBA office, Purana Bazaar; Cellar Trade Agency near Hotel Four Seasons and Titan Showroom, NL Road.
