DImapur: Pranab Vidyapith Hr Sec School introduces Arts stream

Dimapur, June 8 (MExN): Pranab Vidyapith Hr Sec School (PVHSS), Dimapur has announced the opening of Arts stream from the academic session 2023-2024. It also organised an orientation-cum-felicitation programme for the toppers and the subject toppers of the HSLC and the HSSLC Exams-2023 under NBSE on June 7, stated a press release issued by the school. 

The programme was inaugurated by Akhale V Khamo, General Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Nagaland and also the former Director of Tourism, Nagaland as the chief guest. Khamo lighted the lamp and cut the ribbon for the new Arts stream. 

In her speech, she lauded the school and the teaching faculties for excellent results in the HSLC and HSSLC exams every year. She urged the students to derive the fullest advantages of this scope. Later, she handed over Pranab Jyoti Awards to the toppers and subject toppers. 

PVHSS Principal, Monoj Bhattacharjee in his introductory speech welcomed the new-comers of Class 11. Others present in the programme were Swami Chinmayanandaji Maharaj, Chairman, PVHSS, KK Paul, President Bengali Samaj, Rtn RS Paneswarji, Social worker & former President of Rotary Club, Dimapur, Dr Santosh Kumar, Principal, PWC Dimapur and Samir Saha, senior citizen.
