• Yes, given circumstances created by COVID. But it should be a onetime measure, not permanent.
• Yes it is needed very much as COVID lockdown has affected the whole world two years staying indoors. Therefore it is very much needed in order to give chances especially the older age group between 1988 - 1995 as this group is the most affected.
• It's necessary because they will be more efficient and matured in handling any responsibility and also reduce part of unemployment.
• 1.Lack of job opportunities 2.More and more are getting educated 3.Government service is more stable and provides a sense of security 4.Enhancing the service length to 35 years/retirement age to 60 years is also another factor for depriving many enthusiastic job seekers
• If the candidate are still working hard to achieve their dream job despite their age I agree with the government enhancing the upper age limit.
• We need to change with the times. The age limit window provided is very less, by the time the candidates get some experience they are over-aged for the jobs. For capturing best experienced, talented, professionals I think this move would be necessary.
• So long it is not through backdoor I don't see any problem.
• It will help many people who can't join because of age restriction
