Do you think the state Government is adequately prepared for weather/climate related hazards in Nagaland? Give reasons

Yes:

No:
•    No. Officials/staff are not aware of all the standard operating procedures. Infrastructure and equipment/ vehicles etc required for preparation and response to weather/ climate hazards are almost nonexistent.
•    Because our state has one of the most corrupt government with no long term goal to developed the state.
•    When the state has empty coffers, what do you expect? The govt cannot even manage basic development issues, then how can we expect them to handle bigger issues.
•    Needs collaboration with private sector.
•    The state is not well equipped to tackle problems. Preventive measures are also not upto the mark.
•    No engineers hired by the Naga contractors can do that... Our Nagaland roads are no better than our government Schools taught by the graduates, MA, MSC, MPhil, PhD.

Others:
•    Nobody can stop or knows what will come but the government needs to build good roads, drainage, retaining walls during the dry seasons to reduce or minimize the effects of landslides, floods etc.
•    Who can stop natural calamities?
•    Very much prepared, hahaha. Landslides everywhere drainage system too good traffic at peak.
