Dimapur, November 19 (MExN): The Dimapur Tribal Hoho Forum (DTHF) has reiterates its stand on non-recognition of the NCD officials. DTHF Convenor, Zhato Kimho and Secretary, Wangtha Rengma through a press release informed its unit members/NCD councilors/civil societies not to participate in the “so called NCD propose meeting” on November 20.
