An evening of ‘Ethnic Fashion Show’ under the theme ‘The Modern Tribe’ will take place on March 19 at Phek Town Hall at 5:00 pm.
The event will take place under the aegis of Vogue Entertainment Nagaland (which is also the official organiser of Phek District Beauty Pageant) in association with Phek district administration, DLCW- Mahila Shakti Kendra, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Phek.
This event aims at promoting the girl child and also celebrating women through fashion and lots more.
Apart from adult models, the show will also witness the first ever girl child walking the ramp in designer outfits ranging age from 4 years to 8 years old, Vogue Entertainment managing director Dode Nakro told The Morung Express.
The event will feature eight designers; Vilhousa Movi, Mesulou Thele, Mulutalu Chuzho, Aso Tsurho, Ken Dzüvichü, Selavolu Thisa, Vebulu Swuro and Amini Ngulie.
The show will be joined by Vikuonuo Sachu-Miss Nagaland, Shefuvi Pfithu, Miss Phek, Munulu Chuzho-Miss Phek 1st runner up, Rangulu Keyho-Miss Phek 2nd runner up as show stoppers.
The show director and choreographer is Mewe-u Mero.
Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema, president National People’s Party, Nagaland state will be the special guest while Phek Deputy Commissioner Razouvolie Dozo will be the host.
