Kohima, October 5 (MExN): The Koinonia Baptist Church Men’s Fellowship conducted its Evangelistic Men’s Camp from September 30 to October 4 under the theme, “Let us make mankind in our image, after our likeness…” (Genesis 1:26) at the Koinonia Prayer Centre. The camp recorded a total of 339 campers and officials.

The event featured a series of sessions covering topics such as the Biblical concept of sin, salvation, temptation, the Holy Spirit, discipleship, church, giving, men of faith and prayer, satanism and deliverance, family and church, generational blessings and curses, and Bible study on the Book of Noah.

Speakers at the camp included Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo, Senior Pastor; Neibalie Kiewhuo, Pastor; H Rokopra Mekro, Pastor; Medotseilieü Kiewhuo, Pastor; Zashekho Hibo, Assistant Pastor; and Rev. Ramesh Matthew, President, Institute of Global Leadership.

The culmination service on the final day was led by Lhouzakie Rutsa. Special praise songs were presented by Ketosu Rikha, Zekuosa Zhale, and the Jeremiah Group. Bible readings were conducted by Khekato Sema and Seyie, while Keneilezo Zumu shared his testimony, speaking about his deliverance from alcoholism and recovery from sicknesses.

Addressing the campers, Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo spoke on God’s works in the Last Days, stating that “in the end times, the Holy Spirit will move swiftly, and preparations are being made for the second coming of Christ.” He reminded the church and believers of their responsibility to win souls and lead others away from eternal loss, saying, “As we save souls, we must also remain prepared and ready for the rapture.”

Awards were presented to the best campers: Supong Temjen Jamir and Vekhoneyi Veswuh of Isaiah Group; Khriesavilie Kiewhuo and Baldev Prasad of Jeremiah Group; Robert Toppo and Jacob Chetri of Moses Group; and Kediselie Kense and Shyam Chetri of Daniel Group.

The oldest campers, aged 70 and above—Shulenjuv Khevazuklu, Neilasa Metha, Kevilelie Thorie, and Thepfudinyü Rame—were also recognized. The award for bringing the highest number of campers went to Tepusuto Sophie, Lanu Aier, and Tepudi Mekro.

The camp was directed by Lhouzakie Rutsa, with Khriezovolie Suokhrie and Neizokhotuo Belho serving as assistant directors.
