They guided participants on effective financial planning and convergence with existing government schemes to help build sustainable home-based enterprises.

The second day focused on hands-on vocational skill development.

Resource person Bilongtsala conducted a practical demonstration on baking, teaching participants to prepare simple cakes and cookies for commercial sale.

In the afternoon, Lucy led a hands-on training session on pickle making. Using locally sourced fruits and vegetables, the session focused on food preservation techniques, proper packaging and quality control to ensure the products were market-ready.

The programme concluded with a valedictory session and feedback from participants.
