The grand finale of Face of Nagaland 2018 organised by Ethnic Trendzanda will be held on September 29 from 6:00 pm onwards at Imliyanger Memorial Centre, Dimapur. According to Gihutoli Khulu, Director, Ethnic Trendzanda, 20 young women and men from different districts of the state who have been shortlisted for the final through auditions will take the stage to vie for the coveted title of Miss and Mister Face of Nagaland 2018. Giving a brief background on the event theme ‘Being Organic’, Gihutoli stated that Ethnic Trendzanda wanted to encourage the people to go organic in order to live a healthy life and in doing so, vegetables which are being grown organically by local farmers in rich and fertile soil of Nagaland can also be marketed at a higher volume thereby promoting local farmers and traders. As part of event activities, contestants were made to undertake a case study on being organic wherein contestants had one to one interaction with the local vegetable vendors. Talent round, photo shoot session and community service with DMC were other activities the contestants had to take part on road to the grand finale. Renowned fashion designer Rosou Rhi along with Temjenkala, proprietor Aier's Enclave Guest House and Zubeno Mozhui, proprietor Hope Centre will be the judge for the evening. Thunglamo, Vinivi Achumi and Nilotoli are the local artists who will be performing at the show. Chow Poran Gogoi is the offcial choreographer of the event while Paukizone will host the show. The top three winners in both male and female categories will get opportunity to represent the state in bigger platform of the region and country as well.
