Dimapur, November 11 (MExN): The 65th Tatar Hoho of the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) was held at Yorüba on November 9 and 10.
Zaleo Tatar, who was chosen as Protem Speaker during a cosutativel meeting on November 9 conducted the proceedings , informed a press release from Pokuye Nyekha, Tatar and Sessional Recorder.
On November 10, the oath of office and secrecy were administered to new Tatars from Chakhesang, Zeliang, Sumi and Pochury Regions, it said.
An election was also held for the office of ‘Kedello, FGN’ and Zapu-o Angami was chosen for the position while Künüchosa was elected as the Interim Dy Speaker of the Tatar Hoho.
The Protem Speaker Zaleo was also inducted to be the Killo Kilonser, FGN, the release said.
The oath of office was also administered to the Dy Speaker, Killo Kilosener, the Chairman of Achang Region, Chakhesang Region, Kütitso Lohe and Thonkiubui Thiumai of Zeliang Region to be Dy Secretary in the FGN.
The release also informed that the Hoho also directed all the regions to organise incomplete establishments in their jurisdiction and table the reports in the next assembly positively.
On the completion of the business, Kedahge Vekronü Dozo adjourned the 6th Tatar Hoho sine die, it added.
