Dimapur, November 11 (MExN): The Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) has expressed shock and sadness over the untimely demise of Küvechoü of Phek village on November 9.
Late Küvechoü was the wife of Lt Gen Südure, former C-in-C, Naga Army.
“She had rendered her valuable service and constant support for her husband... Her untimely demise was a great loss for all of us. Yet her true sacrifice and support for the Nation will remain alive in our hearts,” stated a condolence note issued by FGN’s Commander-in-Chief, Naga Army, Gen Tavecho Lala.
“May her soul eternally rest in peace and may the Almighty God grant peace and solace to the bereaved family members and relatives at this hour of grief,” it added.
