DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 27 (MExN): Bendangangshi, a former two-time member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, passed away today at the age of 77 in Ungma Village. Bendangangshi, known for his commitment to the welfare of Nagaland, was remembered as a dedicated leader, scholar, and patriot. He played a significant role in the state’s development and was honored for his selfless contributions, stated a press release form the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Speaker Sharingain Longkumer. Longkumer expressed condolences on behalf of the 14th Assembly, offering prayers for strength to his family and peace for his soul.
