In some colleges only half the students have received scholarship while the rest are yet to receive in spite of providing their account numbers, he added. PGSU (SETAM) has sought to know why the government is causing delays and partially disbursing the scholarship even after providing the bank account number. It suggested that, “if the authorities are finding difficulty in disbursing via bank account, then the amount can be send to the respected head of the institutes like the previous years.” It has requested the government to disburse the scholarship before the Christmas.
